Frustrating. I had a mistake transaction that they sorted out quickly but got refunded into their store credits. That was 3 months ago, and they still haven't processed my cashout despite numerous conversation tickets & telegrams. I keep getting false promises from middlemen to perform my cashout every time I make it clear I want it back. If you're a buyer on here, beware because if they take your money, they won't let go.
