It will take them at least a week to respond to every request. They take your money and then sit on it. I am due a refund, they eventually send it to me in credits and I have to go through a whole new cycle to actually get my money back, which I am still going through and being ignored.
EDIT: Although they take a long time to respond, they are dilligent and we finally realised we were both the targets of a scam. So the very reason I chose to use PlayerUp served me well. Frustrating yes, but in the end, better to be safe and use trusted sites
