My Great Pyrenees tore the ACL on her back leg and could not put any weight on it. The leg was basically useless and I was was afraid it would go lame. We bought the Posh Knee brace for her and after a year of walks with the brace, she developed enough scar tissue to keep her knee from sliding. Now it is almost as good as new. Maybe 80%, but she can walk and run and climb into the couch again. The brace worked as advertised and was well worth the money.
