Customer service is above , and beyond ! . They respond when I have questions, they give you a program to help you succeed with therapy to nutrition. I am grateful I live in Florida where I can meet the owner or the one making the brace to make sure I am putting it on correctly. It is adjustable, so if my dog loses muscle mass or gains , there is room for adjustments.
