Koda was diagnosed with a complete ACL tear on his left knee and a partial tear on his right knee. Both knee braces are supportive and helped him heal without costly surgery (estimated at $7k per leg). Since then, he has not been limping and has returned to normal activities before the injury. We'll have him wear his braces on walks. I am so grateful for your team; more power to you.

Jessie is a big, leggie Shepherd mix (90lbs). at 8yrs old she blew out one back knee, which we had the comon surgery on. Within a couple weeks of her recovery from the surgey she blew out the other knee. The cost of a second surgery being prohibitive, we opted for the Posh knee brace. Jessie's full recovery with use of the brace was just about 7 months, including one serious setback at about 10 weeks . She adapted to it quickly and wore it whenever she was active. We had no issues with the brace whatsoever except a small sore that formed on the inside of her ankle joint - the folks at Posh were super responsive, providing us with a different pad that we combined with a cut-off sock to completely resolve that issue. At this point (about 6 months later) Jessie is fully active, taking long hikes with us, chasing balls and sticks and playing with other dogs. She occasionally needs a vetprofin for stiffness, but otherwise, it would be difficult to tell the difference between the knee with the surgery and the one that heeled with the brace. I should mention that Jessie is highly trained and compliant. She did not fight the brace and in fact would come to me and lay in the position to have it put on if she wanted to go outside. The only vigiliance we needed was to make sure she didn't trust the brace so much that she attempted to play in ways that might cause re-injury during the healing process (the cause of the set-back I mentioned). I think it does take a certain amount of discipline on the part of both owner and dog to get optimal results, but we've had fantastic results and I highly recommend the Posh brace as an economical and effective alternative to surgery.

Stellar customer service, quick replies, excellent product. My dog had a failed lateral sling surgery and wasn't healing. Now, with the brace, physical therapy exercises and suppliments Posh has provided and suggested, he is healing! He now takes full steps on his leg and I see a hopeful glimmer of complete healing in the future. Thank you Posh!

Were very happy with the Posh Knee Brace for our dog. She is brace-free and fully recovered without surgery. I'm so glad I found them.

The Posh Dog Knee Brace has been working wonders for our 7 yr. lab. Annie has been wearing the brace for a few weeks, and already I have noticed she's been more energetic. I can tell she has more confidence with the supprt of the brace. We can go on longer walks now. Even when she's not wearing the brace, she's starting to put more weight on the leg.

6 weeks of wearing Posh brace last spring allowed Zola's CCL tear to heal so that now she's back to her wild self without veterinarian recommended surgery. One year later no recurrance, no limp/pain, she's "normal".

One of my dogs, Sam, healed from a complete tear back in 2019 with the use of the Posh Brace. It took him about 9 months to be back running and playing. He is 14 now and still runs around like crazy! Recently, my dog, Josephine, sustained a tear. Posh is refurbishing Sam's brace right now for Josephine--same amazing support!!! Honestly, the brace is so well designed, but what makes it even better is the support of the incredible team of vet techs who are just a phone call or an email away. Contacting support is incredibly easy, and the techs respond quickly and are ready to help with any issue or question. I cannot say enough about how great this company is.

I was waiting to write a review of my Posh knee brace until my dog had her annual wellness vet appointment. Which she just had. Last year, the vet told me Pepper needed CCL surgery to address her limp, and referred me to a canine orthopedist. I checked him out, but was horrified at the details of the surgery he wanted to perform, the requirement to keep the dog crated for weeks afterward, and the lifetime increased risk of cancer at the surgical site. Instead, I opted for a Posh brace. To be honest, the fitting and adjustments were tedious and sometimes frustrating, and at one point I even had to return the brace for a serious tune-up. However, Posh was very good about honoring their guarantee, and making the adjustments needed. I mentioned to the vet that I was going to be bracing my dog's leg, and she was not very encouraging. To make a long story short, Pepper wore her Posh brace for many months. Along the way, her OTHER leg experienced the same injury. To economize, I bought a different brand of brace, one that had many positive testimonials, and which was not cheap. So for a while, my dog was wearing 2 different braces, one on each back leg. This week we had our wellness visit at the vet. The doctor examined both legs, and told me the Posh leg was sturdy and strong. The other leg, the one that wore the other brand, was not in the same condition. The vet told me to get a second Posh brace for that leg. Yes, the same vet who initially discouraged me from bracing instead of surgery, actually told me to buy another Posh brace after she personally witnessed the results. No, I don't work for Posh and like I said, the lengthy fitting processing is a fair amount of work, especially if your dog is rambunctious and uncooperative. But the results are what they are. And I will be ordering my 2nd Posh brace this weekend.

We opted for custom Posh bilateral braces for our 4 yr old Mastiff girl who had a partial tear of her right ccl happen. We have been using the brace for her injured leg regularly since they arrived. For longer walks we use the both braces. It’s been 4 months since injury and about 1.5 months with the braces. She’s doing Fabulous. We also use bovine bone broth. Green lipped mussel powder daily and Myos muscle powder daily. She never limps after a walk wearing her POSH brace. Customer service was second to none. The video calls for fittings and adjustments and measurements were easy and the techs were super friendly and helpful. The braces arrived to me in Canada very fast after our measurements call. They are high quality braces, made very well. Easy to use. All questions and concerns I emailed POSH with were addressed wry quickly and questions all answered 100%. The whole experience with POSH has been a great one.

Our posh brass was amazing our 7 year old lab tore his ccl (confirmed by vet). We looked at all the alternatives and surgery was out of the question as our dog would not sit still at all. We talked with Posh and decided to go with the brass as if I can wear one which helped my knee would help our dogs as well. The staff was great and took the time to answer all the questions we had. When it came to measuring gunner (our dog) leg they took the time over video calling and ensured the measurements were correct. With in two weeks the posh brace arrived It was a perfect fit. Gunner within 5 mins was walking around the yard with a slight limp but was not in pain anymore. I followed the directions that were provided by posh to a tie and within a few weeks we were back to our walks every day and Gunner loved it. We received the posh brace February 2024 and each and every walk I videoed his progress within a few months we were back to 30 min walks and Gunner wanted to go for more. We used every time we were outside and when we travelled to the cabin. I can say after 10 months wearing it faithfully he recovered to about 99 percent. He was running but kept him from jumping. We stopped using the brace in the yard and were able to go for long walks without it. I was so impressed with the staff at Posh and the quality of the brace I would not regret wording another one. I even recommended one to our friend who’s dog also tore his ccl and ordered one and within a few months his dog was walking around like nothing happened. Yes his dog was only a year and half old. I would like to thank Posh for making gunners life and ours back to normal without surgery. Thank you Posh for everything and I have passed your braces to all the certain talk to as a lot of people can not afford the cost of surgery and the braces really work. If your from Canada like we are from the brace you have to pay extra duty which was a small fee of 55 dollar tariff. Just want Canadians to know. The video is an older one but shows him waking. The second video was taken March 18 2025. My rating is 100 for the brace

Wanted to try this brace for my 85lb Golden Doodle with a CCL injury. Fits perfect and has definitely made a huge difference. He went from putting zero to little weight on his left rear leg to actually running around the backyard with his brother. Climbing stairs has gotten much better. Pushing off with his rear leg climbing stairs. We're very impressed. It's not a cheap brace, but definitely worth trying. If, down the road, we opt for surgery, we'll use this brace during his recovery.

Rocky wore the knee brace but not as much as he probably should have. In spite of that he has recovered from his knee injury and is as good as new. Several times we put the brace on and put Rocky out only to see it down around the bottom of his leg. I sometimes wonder if he would have recovered without the brace but I’m glad we did what we could for him at the time.

Wearing the Posh Knee Brace has allowed our 10 year old golden retriever the ability to go on 3 mile hikes again. She has been wearing the brace for almost 7 months so far. She does great on her walks but she still will often get stiff after laying down for awhile and will favor her injured leg initially when she gets up. Despite this I highly recommend this brace. Its a great option to surgery.

Great product with very good customer support to get the brace to fit correctly and once you get it how to use it etc. Unfortunatley it didn't work for our dog as he has a different issue then what we originally thought but totally fantastic.

The brace was ok but loosen up when see walked. I wish they had a play to go to so they can make the measurements as doing it ourselves causes it not to fit well. And the straps need improvements. We had to find another brace and found one make better as we drove there and they actually cast it. Much better. The brace we finally ended up was just superior and the price was basically the same for everything.

It has been a very good experience since we decided to try the custom brace from Posh instead of surgery for our dog's CCL tear. Sadly she was only 3 years when it happened and we do not know exactly how it happened but she's a vigorous, big dog with no off switch when it comes to exercise. Posh staff worked closely with us during the sizing at the start and the brace arrived to Canada quickly and without border charges. It took a few days to get comfortable and adept at putting the brace on properly and during this time Posh staff remained available and helpful until we got things right. After a few months of consistent use and accompanying therapies like cold laser, supplements and homeopathics, limping had disappeared. A couple of minor setbacks from overdoing it caused us to move back in our progression but there has not been any limping observed for the past 3 months and things are looking encouraging. 2 more months of discipline in the recovery program and we'll have completed a year. The bottom shell of our brace became very well worn (she's a big dog with lots of force and unexpected "drop and roll in the grass or snow). Posh built a new bottom shell for us and shipped for our installation onto the brace. That was simple and it has resolved the issue. Excellent customer service! We hold out hope that a full recovery is possible given how things have been going for a while now. We'll be nervous to take her out without the brace for exercixe that first time but will consult with Posh staff before doing so, when the timing seems right. We feel this is the best we could do outside of surgery and are pleased that it does seem to be a good alternative, if you have the time and discipline to put into the recovery process.

When our Akita tore his left crutiate ligament he had surgery. After the surgery the doctor said the procedure would change his gaite and cause his right crutiate ligament to tear did we want to book his second surgery at that time? We opted to see what happens... when that fateful day occurred his crutiate ligament only partially tore so we opted to try bracing. we found Posh on the internet and it looked like a great option. We found posh knee bracing to be very detailed and helpful making the process quite easy. one his custom brace arrived we were thrilled to see he was able to walk without a limp! It has been almost a year and he is transitioning out of his brace and walking exteremely well. We highly recommend Posh braces and have recommended it to many people we know or have met along the way with questions about his brace. So much better than another risky surgery. Attached is his first walk with his brace. We did have to order some replacement buckles as Canadian winters of cold days and lots of snow took their toll but replacement parts were easy to order and replace

When my dog tore her CCL I was beyond worried. Given her age, I did not want to put her through surgery. My vet recommend Posh and I’m so grateful I went with this company. The turnaround time was great. Every interaction to ensure the right fit for my dog left me encouraged that I made the right choice. Their list of recommended supplements and stretches also helped to get her on the right track to recovery. She is much more confident on her leg now and is getting back to her normal self. I’m forever grateful for the time and care provided so my sweet pup can have her quality of life back.

This company saved us. Vet said our dog “most likely” needed ACL surgery in both knees to the tune of $10K. That is completely unrealistic so I started researching other options and becoming depressed at the lack of them…. Then I ran across Posh Brace!! The service and support was amazing. We had 2 braces made and did exactly what they said and long story short, our 8 year old rescue pittie has regained muscle mass in both legs and is doing JUST FINE for a grand total of less than $2K. She blew out the second knee while rehabbing the first but this time we knew what to do and just rehabbed that one as well. It takes a therapeutic commitment as it’s not magic but it was MUCH easier than surgical rehab. Will she have arthritis? Maybe but so do I and she may have anyway. The Posh brace is custom measured to your dog and the tech support is well worth the $$. I cannot recommend Posh enough and I am so thankful that the owner of this co was also unprepared to accept surgery as the only option! *the pic is Janet after rolling in the grass in her daily walk. Happy, healthy, and walking fine.
