“We purchased braces for both rear legs for our arthritic 10 year old Golden Retriever Toban about a year ago. He had completely detached his CCL and needed help but we were leary of surgery. The process for purchasing and fitting the braces initially felt overwhelming but everyone at POSH was very helpful and made it easy. Toban adapted to the braces easily, and within a few months had healed. We still often have him wear the braces in icy conditions or if our younger dog is in a pouncy mood. Toban was thrilled to return to long rambles in the country. We highly recommend the product and the company.”
“My experience with Posh was fantastic. My dane needed bilateral braces for her CCL ruptures and they were helpful, kind and supportive. I loved that they also had a rehab program to follow. I recommend POSH Braces to everyone who is looking for alternative routes to healing ccl ruptures!”
“The vets all said our tall, athletic dog would need surgery to correct a torn CCL, with months of recovery where she would need to be kept calm and mostly still. The idea of such an active animal being kept still for months of recovery, losing all that muscle mass, just didn’t sit right with us. We bought the posh knee brace and did their recommended therapy and supplements, and let our dog choose her activity level. After about 6 months our dog was walking normally, but still favoring that leg a little when she sat down. It’s now been a year, and she is as good as new! We still give her a hip and joint supplement just to try to mitigate any future arthritis, but to look at her you would never know she had that injury.”
“We couldn't have been happier with everyone who assisted us in the process of deciding to get a brace for our fur baby Nanook. Everyone was very compassionate and knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all questions we ever had.”
“I wouldn't buy it again the brace is very difficult to put on and use, it probably would work if you had nothing else to do but they don't tell you everything you need to know until you buy it. I would suggest allot of research before buying any brace. For a knee injury the Vets say the gold standard is a TPLO but as I have learned find a good country vet that does Stifle surgery and your dog will be much better off especially if he or she is older. Everyone wants money and could give a hoot about your pet, do your research before choosing a remedy.”
Hi John, I'm sorry you feel this way. It looks like one of our techs did a second fitting call at no charge as well as spent time answering your questions. If you have any other concerns, she did also give you her personal number to call if you need any help.
“The order fitting process was great! I feel this was the right choice for our Aussie Moosey. The brace helped to stabilize her injury to heal naturally. She has excelled and is back to running. Thanks Posh for a great alternative!”
“What an incredible company, so compassionate and understanding of our situation! When we found out that our sweet 13-year-old Australian Shepherd had torn his MCL, we were heartbroken. Surgery wasn’t an option for us, and while bracing was recommended, most of the braces on the market were both flimsy and overpriced.
Determined to find a better solution, I did some research and came across several companies specializing in dog knee braces. Most required a custom leg casting and came with a price tag well over $1,000. Then I found Posh Dog’s website, and their approach immediately stood out. I watched countless videos, read through their Facebook page, and ultimately decided to invest in their technology.
I have to say, we were beyond impressed with the entire process. Yes, it involves multiple steps to ensure the perfect fit, but it’s absolutely worth it. Our dog took to the brace quickly and actually seems excited to wear it. He’s gaining confidence, moving more easily, and even running again! Walks and outdoor adventures are back on the table, and we couldn’t be happier.
One tip: consider purchasing extra hock wraps. They experience a lot of wear and tear from repeated use, so having a backup is helpful.
Overall, we love the brace and are so grateful to Posh Dog for giving our pup a second chance at mobility!”
“this is honestly the best product I have found to help a dog with any torn ligaments or muscles in the rear legs she was back up and moving after getting the brace within a day within 8 months she was walking fine without the brace will be contacting for a second brace when the time comes”
“This brace was a game change for my 65 lb Golden Retriever. I researched every brace available and all except Posh needed to go into a clinic for a fitting. Posh made it very easy to take measurements virtually with their vet tech and the brace fit exactly as it was supposed to. It immobilized my golden girls knew so that scar tissue could form. After 6 months of consistent wear of the brace when moving, she is back to her old self. Thank you Posh for helping my girl heal without the expensive and excruciating surgery.”
“Their customer service is very good. I bought a brace for my boy, the video call for initial measurements went better than I could have expected. The call to make sure it was on properly also went very well. Then the process of returning to modify to the other leg went smoothly too. I would definitely recommend Posh Dog Knee Brace to friends and family if the occasion ever calls for it”
“My Great Pyrenees tore the ACL on her back leg and could not put any weight on it. The leg was basically useless and I was was afraid it would go lame. We bought the Posh Knee brace for her and after a year of walks with the brace, she developed enough scar tissue to keep her knee from sliding. Now it is almost as good as new. Maybe 80%, but she can walk and run and climb into the couch again. The brace worked as advertised and was well worth the money.”
