Their customer service is very good. I bought a brace for my boy, the video call for initial measurements went better than I could have expected. The call to make sure it was on properly also went very well. Then the process of returning to modify to the other leg went smoothly too. I would definitely recommend Posh Dog Knee Brace to friends and family if the occasion ever calls for it
