Cosmo had great success with posh brace..we bought the bilateral one though Cosmo never used only the left one.. We have been using more than an year for his 30 mns walk in morning and evening..Definitely recommend this brace...It was a saver for cosmo who couldn't do surgery due to his health reason ( ME) for his life risk
