I ordered a pair of shoes, "new in the box". What arrived was a Lulemon skirt. The return process was so cumbersome that I decided not to return and gift the skirt to my Granddaughter. The seller suggested that I "reposh" the skirt to start earning money. Seriously? Now I am being asked to ship the skirt to the correct customer? Again - really? Worst buying experience I have ever had. The seller said that since I was not interested in helping HER, she would just send me a refund personally. This has become a time consuming waste of my time. I did really want the shoes, but not anymore. If by chance the shoes ever do show up, I am happy to pay for them as I do not expect anything other than reasonable service from Poshmark. I would have given zero stars but had to select one in order to write this review. This is bottom line ridiculous! Buyer beware.
