If you want the worst to zero customer service, then choose Poshmark. if you even get a response you are lucky and when you do, they must hire the bottom of the barrel in intelligence because they cannot read let alone help.
The responses do not reflect the reach-out which leads me to believe their team is illiterate. Worst customer service ever experienced and it every time.
