I was a long time buyer/seller on Poshmark. I recently quit because now I have to contact support each time before I can get my funds released. PM guidelines state payment is automatically released within 3 days of delivered status. In all of the years I have been active, it wasn’t until recently that my funds started to not be automatically released. Instead, my funds are now being held-up. Support doesn’t respond until 3 days after filing an order problem inquiry. The last month or so, on average it takes at least 7 to 8 to get my funds released. That is after I have to initiate and file an order problem inquiry on each case. Something is up because I have never had so many problems with PM before.
