Postmates is horrible. They had a nice promo for me to use BUT the delivery person sent it to the wrong house. I contacted customer support and tried to get help because I never received my order. This happened on August 9th. Today is already August 21st and there is still no resolution. I’ve been calling every few days because it doesn’t make sense for me to suddenly lose money on food I never received. I don’t know how long this would take to be resolved but it definitely is a clear indicator for me to NOT ever use it again. The photo shows that it was delivered to someone else. I do not live at that address. Don’t even know where that is!
