I ordered two locket prints online with post snap, then soon realised I'd made a mistake. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone, unfortunately I cannot recall his name! However he was so helpful, and guided me over the phone with how to make a new, correct order, and amended the original. The prints then arrived a few days later and they fit perfectly in my locket. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them!
