I ordered 3 photos from postsnap, they were all poor in quality (overly dark images).
I complained and was told (after some poor customer service) that I could return the photos for a refund. I did this and then I went on a 7-week ordeal where they refused to refund me. This was despite me sending Post Snap the photos as per the returns policy directed to me in an email.
I was referred to the CEO Stephen Homer, who I found to be uninformed and belligerent. After all, it was his staff that directed me to claim a refund for the poor quality prints.
In the end I was forced to raise a dispute via PayPal. They reviewed the case and obviously sided with me because I uploaded the email chain as evidence.
Poor prints, terrible customer service. They literally tried to steal my money!
