The printing was really nice. The packaging was inadequate and the courier had done what couriers do best.....damaged it. Hardly surprising given how flimsy it was. I emailed post snap just to inform them the prints were damaged and not asking for any replacement but they didn't bother to reply so very disappointed. The card with the prints asked for a review to support 'our small family business' - sadly it will stay that way if this is the level of customer service.
