Two items ordered, one incorrect ly received, compounded by two different options having the same reference number on their database.
Emails sent to the recommended customer service address were ignored and it required a telephone call some days later to get the issue sorted.
Whilst their prices are competitive, their customer service was not good and the much promised service aspects on their website were poorly supported.
Probably will not use the site again.
