Really poor company. I placed an order with them, they took my money, kept my money for over a week until I contacted them for an order update as I'd not had any updates other than an order confirmation, I then had an automated email to say that the item wasn't in stock. I was fully refunded but as I thought I'd already purchased this item I missed out on a few other deals that are no longer available. After reading a few reviews of powertools direct this seems to be a regular occurrence. Won't be going back there.
