Delivery conditions could be made clearer on the Power Tools Direct website. It was not apparent that to obtain next day delivery, orders need to be placed by midday. Also, delivery days do not include weekends, so 1-2 days delivery means only Mondays to Fridays.
The remainder of the purchase was perfect and the person I spoke to over the phone to clarify the delivery arrangements was polite and helpful. I plan to use this company for further purchases in the future.
