Power Tools direct service was good, the sip sander wasn't so good. The sanding disc wheel had nearly 2mm of wobble, too much play on the mitre guide, belt worktable locking screw to short, washers missing and generally a poor finish on some parts of the machine. I expected better from sip but its probably a machine made in China that different brands stick their name label on.
