I ordered a Karcher 5.The power hose was defective,I sent photos and I was informed that it would be replaced.I assembled the machine and destroyed the wrappings.I was the told that the part would not be replaced and to send the whole unit back.I said that the part was available on line.I said that I would return the unit to their Littlehampton base and pick up a replacement.They would not cooperate and wanted it posted.They were
difficult,uncooperative and and did not want to offer any help.My advice would be to avoid this company......they are very poor
