Made an order that was showing on your website as being in stock and waited the expected lead time for delivery. One item of my order arrived on the last day of expected delivery time, no explanation of where the rest of the order was until I emailed. Gosia informed me the rest of the order would be delivered the next day. Order arrived still with 5 items missing.. Again no explanation by you guys given until I chased it up by email again. I asked what the delay was as all items were showing as in stock at point of order. Gosia replyed that it was a delay coming from the manufacturer, therfore the items were not in stock. I decided to have a refund on the items not revived as Gosia informed me they anticipated mid June for resupply and still your website is saying you have them in stock. I think this is very misleading for customers. I have checked other review sites to make sure this wasn't a "one off" but it would appear this is a regular negative review you receive.
