Goods arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Only criticism is that the carrier used is 'UK Mail' so the delivery date is not accurate..I've bought items twice in last month and paid extra for quicker delivery on one....it took 3 days not the max of 2'to arrive which delayed a job. The normal delivery item took 5 days. Otherwise I would fully recommend power tools direct.
