I ordered a puddle pump number; 1000307947 10 days ago and still have not had my delivery. Not only that but I have been unable to contact anyone. I have since had to buy another puddle pump from Amazon and got it the next day. Disgraceful service from you and you did not have the good manners to email me as to why you have not delivered my pump. I now wish to cancel it from you and will never buy from you again. regards Lord Barnett-Levy
