Ordered on the 3rd July with express 2/3 day delivery. Used this seller due to delivery times.
I chased the order on 8 July and received confirmation on the 9th that it had been dispatched and delivery would be the 12th July.
The job will be finished before the tool arrives. I received an email advising that the delay was due to staff shortages at the warehouse. They are still promising 2/3 day deliveries.
Don’t use if you require your tools for a specific job you have scheduled.
I’m not one for reviews or complaining but this has annoyed me.
