Availability, price and order process was all straightforward but the delivery let it down. Having paid extra for express delivery I was confused and disappointed when tracking information showed that the parcel was delayed by the carriers - DHL - with no explanation as to why. I chased the sales team twice and eventually the parcel turned up, delivered by a ‘man with a van’ not the regular DHL delivery man. It arrived JUST within the time frame!
