They put a picture of a larger version of the tool they suppplied me on their website, when in fact, it placed the smaller version in the basket !! (illustrations can be providedon request)
They would only refund if I paid postage both ways.
As it happens, I am so pleased with the tool that I would have kept it anyway , but their misrepresetation was very misleading . I would never use a company that use these tactics again.
