I received my item, a generator, £300. I realised that it wasn't powerful enough, i was given wrong information by the company just before buying it.
Contacted Power Tools and send it back, stating that i wouldn't need another but a refund. The currier came to my place a couple of weeks later, I sent the item back. Since I had a few conversations and email, requesting my refund, then they stopped replying to me. 3 months later I have no generatoe, no money back and no communication. I will contact them on Monday 19th of October 2021 on my last attempt to recup my money then I will have to resolve it via legal way. Very disappointed. Customer Service 0
