I ordered six items from Power Tools direct. They were dispatched with DHL but only three items, separately packed were delivered. The DHL website said the delivery was a part delivery. When I contacted Power Tools to ask them to contact DHL and find out when I might expect the rest of my delivery they did do this. DHL claimed to have made a complete delivery. This has not been the case. I even sent to Power Tools photographs of the part delivery from the DHL tracking website and their record stating a part delivery. Power Tools reaction has been DHL claim to have delivered everything and they cannot claim for lost goods from DHL. They recommend I contact my credit card company and open a dispute. I find it very difficult to accept that I the customer am not believed even though they and DHL cannot provide proof of delivery. I shall not be making any further purchases from power tools and will pursue a claim through my credit card company
