Ordered a jump starter, it arrived as promised but was damaged. Tried phoning , message says there is no one to take calls , email only. After 3 emails eventually after a couple of hours I got a response which was to offer a partial refund which I did say I would consider ,after another couple hours I still had no response, so I then declined the offer and said I would like a replacement .
I then had a message which said I had to return the damaged one and only when they had it would they arrange a replacement . I then said I would ideally like them to take it back and refund me . Once again no response for several hours.
I will update this when it is resolved
