I bought a Stabila level with wrong end cap, travelled down to their head office on Jan 4th. (I don't know where the photo is of their showroom but it certainly isn't there!)Chap there said "don't do returns everything online" Thanks, 70mile round trip wasted.
Tried telephone " because of Covid can only contact via e-mail" 2 e-mails later and still no reply.
Verdict: AVOID at all costs and that is being kind.
