Wrong items delivered. No telephone contact, email only, After a week of to and fro via email, (typical 24 hr response) collection was finally arranged. Powertools Direct would not then dispatch the right items until they physically received back the items they sent incorrectly. Customer service is totally inadequate and while I realise this is a cost measure (not being able to contact them by phone) I will not be using them again. I am still awaiting the delivery of my order. Customer service is only an issue when things go awry and I suppose the majority of transactions go smoothly, but if you do need customer service best of luck!
