Excellent product and despatch time however let down by the courier service UK Mail.I paid for express delivery,parcel was due to arrive on Wednesday 2nd December but despite 2 text messages with a time slot package did not arrive till Friday .I paid for a service that I did not receive.I know it is not Power Tools fault but that is why I scored lower than I would have.Your service has been let down by the courier.Suggest you review the courier service you use.
