Ordered an item with express delivery but no sign of item and had to contact customer service. Advised item has not been shipped but would be for next day. Requested cancellation of item and then told item had already been shipped so unable to cancel order. Requested return process and told item would not be collected and I’d have to pay for return of item. This is poor service especially as they shipped the items late.
