I ordered on a Saturday. I paid for express delivery (1 or 2 days supposedly) yet the goods didn't arrive to the following Thursday. I could have bought the same product cheaper elsewhere but purchased from Power Tools Direct as I needed the product sooner.
Having paid extra for the product and a extra premium for express delivery I was hoping for a better service.
Lesson learned, next time I will buy at the cheaper price from a company with more realistic delivery times!
