Appalling service, Took my order and payment for next day delivery, yet 4 days later DPD are saying delivery could be be a few more days and they can't confirm the date.
Tried to speak to Power Tools Direct, but no phone number. E- mailed and asked them to call me, but, they refused.
the delayed delivery has halted production, we asked Power Tools Direct if we could refuse the delivery in order to purchase locally, but where advised they may charge us for a refused delivery. Not Good Enough.
Shall not use this company again..
