Delivery was attempted on a Friday at 19:30 (Outside business hours) and then apparently delivery was attempted again Monday at 16:40 when we were open (DPD POD shows the back of the vehicle and not our premises so proves the driver didn't even attempt to deliver, we also didn't receive a calling card through our door).
Tried to call Power Tools Direct but they seem to no longer believe in telephone conversations. Emailed 3 times on 3 consecutive days without a reply.
Very poor communication and customer service, unfortunately.
