Awful service. I placed an order on Monday 6th March 2023 for products are and we’re advertised as in stock on the website. I paid extra for the express delivery as I needed the products for a project but I still have not received my order and customer service are unable to provide me with an update.
To add to this, I was not informed that my order has experienced delays, I had to chase myself after days with no update.
Today is the 18th day waiting for an order which I paid to be delivered within a couple of working days.
