I placed an order for sds drill which did not get processed, power tools direct credited my card but did not notify me by email to say that the order was not going to be fulfilled. This is extremely poor service I had an engineer waiting on this sds drill for a job and I didn’t know it had been cancelled for whatever reason until I checked my credit card statement.
It appears you cannot rely on this supplier for urgent or important jobs.
