Ordering was easy, products were as discribed and at a good price.
They confirmed my order by email & when items were dispatched,
The only negetive was the delivery company tried delivering, & left a card to the wrong address!?
However, I decided to collect from their depot as I was in the area the following day.
I will use power tools direct again..
