I made a mistake in inputting the delivery address online and found the customer service to be very ineffective in correcting that before it was dispatched, so there was a delay in delivery to the correct address by 3 days but it was sorted in the end without additional charges. The correct order did arrive. Although the packaging seemed good, there was some damage to the end tip of the sealants but this did not affect the use of the product this time.
