PowerTools were OK but it was Fedex who badly let them down. We paid for next day delivery and it never came having been promised all day by their tracking service that it would be there. Same the next day so we cancelled. Power Tools told Fedex to deliver it back to them but - you've guessed - they delivered it to us. In the meantime we ordered from elsewhere and they were true to the word and delivered the next day. Fedex are truly hopeless.
