The website contains false information - eg promises of availability and fast delivery of items which in reality are not in stock. Having no telephone contact number is also a big negative.
Once the non-availability of my order was recognised a refund was speedily completed - this therefore a credit to the company.
Technically I am not a customer therefore the remaining questions do not apply.
