Excellent prices, good website, plenty of products. Poor delivery service. I paid £7 for next day delivery. Ordered Thursday, should have been here Friday, wasnt even attempted to deliver until Monday. I was out and the delivery company didnt leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour, so I didnt get it until Tuesday. I dont think you can blame Power Tools Direct for the delivery company though but it should be better.
