Poor service. Late delivery. No explanation, No offer of a discount.
Impossible to reach somebody by phone. They do provide a phone number but then an automatic message tells you that 'they found it's more efficient for us the clients to write to them'. Yeap, I bet they did.
AND we ordered 17 generators this time.
If that's how they treat a Charity who ordered over 50 generators God save you if you order an electric screewdriver.
