I have no problems with Powertools Direct. Good communication etc. However I do have an issue with the delivery service of UK Mail. it is impossible to speak to them. They log that they have left cards etc when they have not when I re-arrange delivery on the website I find that the delivery history has been changed. They said that I would have delivery on 8th June but I did not it is now 9th of june and I still cannot get delivery.
