I was looking to buy quite an expensive piece of kit and looked at another retailer as well as PTD. Despite mailing the other company I never received a reply!! With PTD I got an almost instantaneous response from Gosia from sales which reinforced my belief that a purchase from them would be well supported should there be any issues. Great customer service when some companies are still hiding behind the COVID excuse shield !!
