The company have keen prices, offer quality products and provide good service.
My only negative comment, and this is no negative reflection at all on Powertools Direct, is that they use UKMail as their carrier and in my experience, their service is quite poor, delivery is hit and miss it's almost impossible to speak to a person on the phone. Customer service is anything but that....
