Ordered a product which said on line if I ordered within a set time it would be delivered in two days. Waited a week, nothing arrived, tried ringing the number on the web site, only to be told it's email only. Sent emails took a very long time to respond. Had to chase a few times. Eventually got a reply and it arrived nearly two weeks later.
By then it was too late, very poor communication, very frustrating that you can't speak to someone despite advertising on the web site you can, won't ever use power tools direct again. Disappointed.
