Ordered on a Tuesday with normal delivery - 5-7 days which would have been fine as I was away at the time. Wednesday afternoon I got an email to say there had been an attempted delivery and a card had been left (and I later discovered an email that morning) . There was no card and the automated answering service kept wanting details off the "card". Eventually I managed to speak to someone who told me the parcel was sent from a company I had never heard of but we managed to piece together enough information to work out the attempted delivery was my order from Power Tools. I am pleased with the price and the order but please sort the delivery service out so one can decided how to order. Clearly no point paying a premium for a timed or express delivery slot.
