I thought I was ordering a more powerful Dustbuster as the figures 7.2 indicated . Instead they referred to the wattage and not the voltage.
\delivery by City Link was appalling. After the 2nd attempt at delivery a card was found in the garden half eaten by a snail informing me that I should collect at my local depo which is 60 miles away and a 1 1/2 hour journey. After many attempts to get a human response I eventually persuaded City Link to send it again.
